Question 19 NRT SP 10

Question asks for greatest ratio of children to adults, the answer calculates the ratio of children over adult with Soaps preference percentages. Should not the answer be calculated as ratio of children over adult Soaps preference numbers? Hence the Soaps ratio is actually (26%*1000)/(12%*350)= 6,19. In this case the answer is still Soaps, but when comparing numbers instead of shares/%, the correct answer may well change. Can you please comment? Thanks.
